Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email.

Standard shipping charge: £0.00

All packages are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery. Once posted you should receive your parcel within seven to ten working days (Mainland England) for overseas UK Irelands please allow longer for delivery. If two weeks pass from the date of order and you have not received your parcel or a shipping update please contact shop@iae.co.uk, including your order reference number.
